In conjunction with the 3rd Annual Missoula Craft Beer Week (April 27th - May 3rd), Audra from The Vespiary Book Restoration & Bindery will teach you how to bind your own homebrew or beer tasting journal at Bayern Brewery. We will be using the Leather Longstitch method: an ancient, multi-signature book structure that lays flat when opened and makes for an awesome journal. Pages are sewn directly into the leather and make a decorative pattern on the spine.
Materials will be provided. No previous bookbinding experience necessary.
